Privacy Notice Regarding Applications Submitted via Lead Forms on Social Media

This privacy notice has been prepared by Champs Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“CHAMPS”), acting as the data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSE OF PROCESSING, AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Within the scope of employment and project applications, CHAMPS processes your personal data obtained via social media platforms and through the information provided directly by you on those social media platforms, including your identity data consisting of name, surname and date of birth; your contact data consisting of email address and telephone number; and your professional experience data such as education information, professional experience, language proficiency and certification information, for the purposes set out below.
 To receive and evaluate your applications,
 To determine candidate suitability,
 To create candidate profiles and candidate pool within the CHAMPS Access Network platform,
 Conducting training interviews with you if you are accepted as a candidate,
 To enable matching you with current or potential future suitable job, event and/or project
opportunities and informing you accordingly.
The personal data disclosed for the purposes stated above are processed based on the legal basis set
out under Article 5 of the Law, namely: “Processing of personal data of the parties of a contract is
necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract.”
“ Personal data has been made public by the data subject himself/herself.” and “ Processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that this processing
shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”
However, the personal data you share with us will be processed based on your explicit consent for the purpose of informing you about our current or future business activities, projects, and/or processes and contacting you regarding activities, projects, and announcements relevant to your experience. In this context, if you give your consent, we will contact you within the scope described above. On the other hand, provided that you have given your explicit consent, and based on the consent you have shared with us, the relevant personal data you share with us will be processed for the purpose of creating your profile by registering you on the CHAMPS Access Network platform. Following your registration, if additional information is required, you will be contacted accordingly. If you consent to
the platform registration, you will have access to detailed information regarding the personal data to be processed and the processing activities to be carried out, as outlined in the privacy notice available on our website at https://champscx.com/kvkk-clarification/.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Personal data you share with us via forms on social media is processed directly by CHAMPS.
Applications you make via social media are provided directly through your social media membership. Accordingly, CHAMPS does not share personal data with social media platforms.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, by applying to CHAMPS, you have the right to request the following with respect to your personal data: a) learn whether your personal data are processed or not, b)request information if your personal data have been processed, c) learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used in compliance with such purpose, d) know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred within the country, e) request the rectification of your personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate, f)request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law, g) request the notification of the operations carried out pursuant sub paragraphs (e) and (f) third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred, h)  object to the occurrence of a result against you arising solely from the analysis of your personal data by automated systems, ı) claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
